Elizabeth 'Annie' Anne Crough, Clyde

Elizabeth Anne “Annie” Crough, age 66, of Clyde, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Park Villa Nursing Home, Clyde. She was born on March 25, 1956 in Denver, Colorado to Willis and Alice (Maloy) Coates.
She graduated from Cherry Creek High School, Denver, Colorado in 1974. Annie then went on to attend and graduate from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado and received her degree in mass media.
She married Robert “Bobby” Crough on Dec. 7, 1985 in Salina, KS. He preceded her in death on Oct. 12, 2020.
Annie owned and operated her own graphic design business for decades. Her creative side inspired her most. She was a talented graphic designer, covering a variety of artwork genres around the world.
She was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde, Kansas. She truly loved her family and friends.
She is survived by her brother Jimmy Coates, Denver, CO; sister Mary Berg (Tony), Denver, CO; her three nieces, Jessica Nebel (Jameson) and their son, Aidan of Davenport, IA; Lori Berg (JJ) and their son Jordan, Denver, CO; Amanda Coates of Cheyenne, Wy; and all of Bobby’s children, siblings, and extended family.
She was preceded in death her husband Bobby Crough, her parents Willis and Alice, her sister Cathy Olson and a brother, John Coates, mother-in-law Faye Crough, and extended family.
It was Annie’s wishes to be cremated and a memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday November 11, 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde with Fr. Steven Heina officiating. Burial of the cremains will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 11, 2022 at the Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Solomon, Kansas.
The services will be live streamed on the church Facebook page for everyone to view.
The family suggests memorials to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Park Villa Nursing Home, both of Clyde, or the Morrison House in Salina, in care of the funeral home.
