The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a flash flood warning in effect until 1 a.m. Saturday for the following.
Southeastern Cloud County
Northwestern Ottawa County
At 9:11 p.m. CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Delphos, Aurora, and Ada.
