Police are investigating the theft of a trailer from northern downtown Salina.
Jeff Bennett, 65, of Salina, reported that he discovered his 2008 PJ car tilt trailer was missing from where it was stored in the 300 block of N. Santa Fe Avenue on Saturday, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning. Bennett told police that he had last seen the trailer about a month ago.
The trailer, described as being black and 24-foot in length, was valued at $9,000.
