Kenneth Raymond Stein, 79, died June 26, 2022, at Wesley Medical 
Center in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on April 15, 1943, in Spearville, 
Kansas, the son of Eugene Patrick and Josephine (Torline) Stein.

Ken was a lifetime resident living on the family far south of Wright,
 Kansas. He completed eight grades at the Wright elementary school and 
complete four years of high school at St. Mary of the Plains in Dodge 
City. He played football for the “Crusaders” and played one year of 
football for the “Cavaliers” before marrying his high school sweetheart,
 Hattie Brown on January 5, 1963, in Buffalo, Oklahoma. She survives. He 
worked for the Kansas Gas Service for 25 years before retiring. Kenny 
had a passion for farming and taking care of the family farm. He also 
loved coaching Babe Ruth Baseball and going to Monday night pool league.
 Kenny was also a very creative wood and metal artist creating many 
things in his shop. He was well known at the gas plant for engineering 
an emergency escape door handle for the gas plant, which he received a 
patent on from the government for his invention. Kenny was an avid 
Cincinnati Bengals fan.

He was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church, St. Andrews Knights 
of Columbus, Wright Senior Center and Monday Night Pool League all of 
Wright.

He is survived by his wife Hattie of the home; two sons Douglas Stein
 and wife Donna of Salina, Kansas; Patrick Stein of Petersburg, 
Virginia; four daughters Alicia Berzins and husband Peteris of Mesa, 
Arizona; Rhonda Simmons and husband Darrin of Mason, Ohio; Kendra 
Griffin and husband Ben of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; Nichole Clinger and
 husband Pace of Mesa, Arizona. He is also survived by one brother 
Maurice Stein of Chandler, Arizona as well as 18 grandchildren and 16 
great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Josephine Stein; 
one brother Floyd Stein and two sisters Carol Jean Allen and Valeria 
Mueller as well as two great grandchildren Beckham Berzins and Jess 
Stein.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Andrews Catholic Church on Thursday,
 June 30, 2022 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Ted&nbsp; Stoecklein presiding. Burial 
will follow at St. Andrew's Cemetery in Wright. Visitation will be at 
Swaim Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 
PM. Vigil service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 
St. Andrews Catholic Church in Wright, Kansas.

to St. Andrews Cemetery Fund or Knights of Columbus Wright KS Council in

A Salina man was arrested after a pursuit through the south and central parts of the city Saturday afternoon.

At approximately 2:30 p.m. Saturday, an officer observed in the 2400 block of S. Ninth Street a 2006 Chevrolet Silverdo with no license plate displayed, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester reported this morning.

The officer attempted to stop the pickup in the 2300 block of S. Ninth Street at the entrance to the Central Mall. The pickup did not stop and went east into the Central Mall parking lot, then began to drive around the parking lot at slow speed, Forrester noted.

The pickup eventually went through the grass north of the Central Mall and drove toward S. Fourth Street. According to Forrester, other officers located the pickup in the area of E. Cloud Street and S. Fourth Street. The pursuit began again until the pickup stopped in the 200 block of E. Jewell Avenue and the driver fled on foot.

Forrester reported that officers located in the pickup an insurance card with the name, "Joshua Lynch" on it. An officer who had been pursuing the pickup confirmed with a recent booking photo that Lynch, 44, of Salina had been the driver involved in the pursuit, Forrester noted.

The officer made contact with Lynch at a residence in the 200 block of E. Kirwin Avenue, and Lynch with taken into custody without incident.

Lynch was arrested on the following requested charges, according to Forrester.

Amelia Earhart statue flies into Statuary Hall at U.S. Capitol

SEDGWICK COUNTY—A Kansas man accused in a Super Bowl weekend killing made his first court appearance Thursday.

<a href="https://ssc.sedgwickcounty.org/sheriffinmates/SheriffInmateDetail.aspx?nameId=18849204">Justin Macormac, 25 of Wichita, </a>is charged with two counts of 1st degree murder, aggravated robbery, and criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney's office.

On Valentine's Day while conducting a follow-up investigations of a drive by shooting that occurred on February 7 near 13th and Lavon in Wichita, investigators identified Macormac as the suspect, according to Officer Charley Davidson.

 Officers from the Violent Crimes Community Response Team, along with assistance from the US Marshal’s Task Force, apprehended Macormac at a Wichita gas station.&nbsp;&nbsp;

While taking him into custody, officers located a stolen 9mm carbine with a high capacity magazine. Macormac is a convicted felon prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was originally booked charges of criminal possession of a firearm, possession of controlled substances, aggravated assault and criminal discharge of a firearm.

His next court appearance is June 30.&nbsp; He remains jailed on a$250,000 bond, according to the district attorney.&nbsp;

 </figure>On Valentine's Day while conducting a follow-up investigations of a drive by shooting that occurred on February 7 near 13th and Lavon in Wichita, investigators identified Macormac as the suspect, according to Officer Charley Davidson. Officers from the Violent Crimes Community Response Team, along with assistance from the US Marshal’s Task Force, apprehended Macormac at a Wichita gas station.&nbsp;&nbsp;While taking him into custody, officers located a stolen 9mm carbine with a high capacity magazine. Macormac is a convicted felon prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was originally booked charges of criminal possession of a firearm, possession of controlled substances, aggravated assault and criminal discharge of a firearm.His next court appearance is June 30.&nbsp; He remains jailed on a$250,000 bond, according to the district attorney.&nbsp;

Imagine a dispatcher at the Salina Law Enforcement Center being alerted to someone known to have mental issues, capable of causing anguish, injury, or worse.

Under normal protocols, officers with the Saline Police Department, Saline County Sheriff’s Office, or both, send officers to the scene.

If the subject is deemed to present a danger to self or others, the usual option is to arrest and transport to jail or a medical ward, both of which are often clogged and always expensive to operate. 

By early 2023, a new kind of partner — mental health co-responders — will join law enforcement at the scene, trained to diffuse situations and provide care before issues escalate.

Co-responders, specially trained mental health experts, will be stationed at the Law Enforcement Center, Saline County Jail, and perhaps with other agencies, said Annie Grevas, Community Corrections director for the 28th Judicial District.

“Say they run across somebody in crisis, and can get them out of crisis and resolve issues,” she said. “The more help we get people in crisis, the better our community will be overall. Stopping crisis on the street is certainly the right thing to do.”

Co-responders approach issues in different ways, said Brent Melander, Saline County undersheriff.

“They’ve had a lot more training in the mental health realm than what we have had. That’s what they deal with full-time,” he said. “I think that having them NOT be law enforcement might work better with some. They might be better able to communicate rather than just having somebody with a badge show up. Deputies do a pretty good job of talking with people, but that’s not our expertise.”

Co-responders are like mental health paramedics, said Roger Barnhart, crisis director at Central Kansas Mental Health, 809 Elmhurst in Salina. 

A qualified mental health professional can be trained in psychiatry, psychology, counseling, social work, or psychiatric nursing.

“It’s a unique skillset,” he said. “Working in crisis is, in essence, its own specialty.”

The new program “will definitely be a learning process for us,” said Captain Paul Forrester, in the police department’s Support Division.

“The biggest goal is to keep people out of jail. Sometimes it’s our only option,” he said.

Mental health occupies a good share of law enforcement time and effort. In 14 months of tracking calls, this year and last, the police department alone has responded to 830 calls, Forrester said, amounting to nearly 600 hours of time spent.

Many of the calls are dealing with repeat mentally ill patients who are in and out of jail, he said, when the help they need is elsewhere.

An essential key is correctly interacting on calls.

“It’s asking the right questions,” Forrester said. “We’re hoping with co-responders, maybe one of the mentally ill persons would reach out to someone and prevent something from happening. Maybe it can make a difference.”

Law enforcement officers and supervisors constantly review encounters, both audio and video, Melander said, and it makes sense to “communicate and work things out without having to take somebody to jail.”

Using force ultimately takes officers “off the street for hours,” he added.

Having someone on the scene with vast knowledge in mental health can be a huge benefit, the undersheriff said.

“It’s somebody else who can answer questions, with resources that can be provided,” he said. “The ultimate goal is for everybody’s safety and to keep them from going to jail.”

A daily average of five to 10 county jail inmates have mental issues, Melander said.

“They truly are in dire need. They continually cause problems, add paperwork, and time commitments,” he said. “Many times, someone is booked out of jail and is taken to mental health. This is the first time we’ve really encompassed all of the groups.”

The Co-Responder Program in Saline County is funded by $199,125 of the $10.532 million in federal money that circled back to Saline County this year. It’s part of the $2.2 trillion American Rescue Plan Act, aimed to ease economic, governmental and personal effects of COVID-19.

The money will pay for two years of co-responder operation, Melander said, and has a chance of becoming permanent.

The program is meant to give mental health the attention it deserves.

“It’s multifaceted, to get services out of the buildings and into the community,” Barnhart said. “Developing community collaborations enable us to work together, to serve our shared community.”

Choices right now are limited when police intervene alone, said Cody Sparks, clinical director at CKMHC.

“When the police get involved, the only choices are to go to jail or the ER,” he said. “Now we call out a co-responder. Law enforcement stabilizes the situation, and we provide the right services at the right time and the right level.”

Mental health co-responders will do an assessment and determine needs; whether there are medical or substance abuse issues or the patient is suicidal.

“Are they taking their meds? What can we do to keep (the situation) from escalating?” Sparks said. “You have to care for everything that impacts the patient. The best way to get people out of the system is to keep them out.”

Co-response “is just adding another tool to the belt within the continuum of care. Our efforts are to meet our patients where they’re at,” Barnhart said. “The focus is on preventable health care, treating the holistic person, offering a better way of life. We want to keep them at the lowest level of care, providing the highest quality of care, enabling them to stay out of the system and live healthy and active lives within our community.”

Conceived by a local subcommittee of the Salina/Saline County Crisis Intervention Team the program will mimic co-responder mental health efforts in other communities.

The plan is to recognize mental health as its own unique and real issue, Grevas said.

“All across the nation, people are pairing mental health with law enforcement to avoid locking down mentally ill patients, and addressing crisis incidents while they’re out,” she said.

Typically, mentally ill persons are have high needs, but they’re not high risk,” Grevas said.

The police and sheriff’s office are all in on the Co-Responder Program, she said, and most recently, Salina Fire Chief Tony Sneider has expressed interest in pairing the Emergency Medical Service with mental health.

“It’s a great collaboration between the city and county, and mental health services,” Grevas said. “I was blessed to be part of it all. Mental health is at the forefront of almost everything we’re doing. We’re seeing an increase of mentally ill people being arrested and assigned to probation officers.”

The committee’s aim is to reduce incidents dealing with mental health in the city and county.

“Jails aren’t equipped to deal with the mentally ill. They’re equipped for high risk people who need to be locked down,” she said.

Training goes both ways, Melander said, and officers and co-responders will learn by on-call osmosis.

Mental health experts will have to become “familiar with radio protocol when something happens,” he said. “If they see something, they need to let us know. They will be trained in policies and procedures, day to day operations. We will also have deputies (versed) in what they can and cannot do. It’s going to be kind of cross-training deputies with co-responders and co-responders with law enforcement.”

Co-responders will be provided with a uniform, something in the range of polo shirts and khaki pants, Melander said, but they will not be armed.

While he was not sure whether bullet-proof vests will be worn by co-responders, the undersheriff added “that probably wouldn’t be a bad idea.”

Selling co-responders has been easy, said Monte Shadwick, a county commissioner who also serves on the committee.

“Normally, you’re trying to weigh one side against the other, but in this case there is no other side,” he said. “We’ve been working on figuring out ways to do the compassionate thing and stop the revolving door of mentally ill patients coming to jail, getting out and coming back two days later. This isn’t being soft on crime. This is just trying to get folks to the right place where they can get help.”

Mental health issues, such as depression, commands more attention these days, Grevas said, especially with the rash of mass shootings across the country.

“I don’t think it was something that was discussed in the seventies. We just didn’t know what depression looked like, and now we know,” she said. “We should never just assume that someone is just having a bad day. We have to care for everybody.”

Beginning July 16, a new three-digit dialing code, the 988 Suicide &amp; Crisis Lifeline, will offer compassionate, accessible care and support to anyone experiencing mental health-related distress — whether that includes thoughts of suicide, mental health or substance abuse crisis or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.

Until then, call or text 1-800-273-8255 to be connected to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Co-responders with law enforcement to offer mental health help to those in need

Margaret Sanger founded the birth control movement and Planned Parenthood. Born in 1879, Margaret Louise Higgins was the sixth of 11 children. She watched her mother die at age 50 after 18 pregnancies. She married architect William Sanger in 1902 and worked as a young nurse in New York. She had compassion for the many women, often migrants from Europe, who knew that another baby meant more hunger in their family. Those women were poor, without any method to prevent pregnancy except abstinence. And Sanger worked under a male-doctor dominated healthcare system that would not allow advising married mothers to “just say no.”

Sanger wrote brochures describing ways to prevent pregnancy and discussing gonorrhea and syphilis. She mailed them to the poor community, violating federal statutes for distributing “literature of illegal character.” Her actions eventually changed public opinion and postal censorship soon ended.

Sanger fought for decades to get contraceptives approved. And she secured funding for the research that led to the birth control pill. In spite of being demonized by anti-abortion groups today, Sanger was opposed to abortions. She had seen far too many deaths in her early nursing work that were due to back street abortions. In “Woman and the New Race,” Sanger wrote: “while there are cases where even the law recognizes an abortion as justifiable if recommended by a physician, I assert that the hundreds of thousands of abortions performed in America each year are a disgrace to civilization.”

In her book “Family Limitation” Sanger wrote: “no one can doubt that there are times when an abortion is justifiable but they will become unnecessary when care is taken to prevent conception. This is the only cure for abortions.” Simply, with good sex education and available contraception, Sanger believed there would be no unwanted pregnancies and therefore no widespread need for abortion.

Sanger succeeded in making contraceptives legal and available. She witnessed science move forward.

In 1923, scientists Allen and Daisy of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis isolated estrogen in mice and rats and determined it was produced in the ovaries. By the 1940s, researchers discovered how other hormones (follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, human chorionic gonadotropin) controlled the typical menstrual cycle.

Three researchers in Europe first synthesized the male hormone testosterone in 1935.

Tijo and Levan at the University of Lund, Sweden, determined that normal females have XX chromosomes and normal males have XY and published their research in 1956.

Meanwhile, John Money at the Johns Hopkins Psychohormonal Research Unit studied enough patients to realize that there was a separate feeling of maleness or femaleness that was realized by age six that was separate from sexual attraction after puberty. Money pulled a term from language studies and 1955 saw the first use of “gender” for this feeling of masculine or feminine identity. It was a brain difference. And sometimes it did not match chromosomes or anatomy.

But when did this brain difference develop? When Roger Gorski at U.C.L.A. injected testosterone into a pregnant rat, the resulting female babies grew up acting like males. Gorski located a region in these female rat brains that resembled male, not female brains. Dick Swaab and his team in the Netherlands then located this brain difference in male and female human brains in 1985.

Margaret Sanger had died in 1966 at age 87, a few months after the U.S. Supreme Court decision Griswold v. Connecticut ruled that birth control was legal for married couples. She had every reason to believe that all children in the future would be wanted and loved.&nbsp; —That sex education would become widespread. —That the many solid discoveries by science that would come later would provide for an educated citizenry who intelligently planned their families. And the limited need for abortions would only entail medical or social issues such as rape or incest.

Science succeeded. But society failed. There is little to no modern sex education describing our advanced understanding gained in these last fifty years.

We now live under the tyranny of the ignorant where many states have science-ignorant legislators and governors who know nothing beyond the simple anatomy of the 1800s.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The Sioux Falls Canaries (13-27) did not let a 9-1 deficit phase them as they scrapped and clawed their way back to take down the Kansas City Monarchs (26-13) 16-10. 

The Canaries were able to rattle off nine unanswered runs throughout the middle innings of Sunday’s series finale. The offense was at its best for the hometown club as they clubbed two grand slams.

The Kansas City Monarchs offense scored in the first inning for the fourth game in a row and 18th time for the season. The Monarchs are now 12-6 when scoring in the first inning. The Kansas City offense could not be stopped until finally failing to scratch a run across in the fifth. Prior to that the Monarchs scored in each of the first four innings.

Joe Calfapietra’s team got on the board in the early going after a Darnell Sweeney walk and Jan Hernandez’s 17th home run of the season (2-0). Sioux Falls would respond right away with a home run of their own in the bottom of the first from Trey Michalczewski (2-1).

Kansas City would go on three-inning tear, scoring seven runs to take complete control of the game. The third inning was highlighted by both Matt Adams and Willie Abreu home runs. The fourth inning got started by a Chad De La Guerra single. The inning continued when J.C. Escarra barreled up an RBI triple, and the inning was capped off with a homer from Darnell Sweeney (9-1).

Monarchs starter, Jon Harris had a smooth outing until the Canaries bats came to life in the fourth. Sioux Falls put together a four-run inning by being patient at the plate (9-5). Harris surrendered two walks and three hits in the inning which gave the birds some momentum.

Both teams would fail to score in the fifth inning, but the tide of the game was turned in the sixth. The Monarchs would close the book on Jon Harris and bring in RHP Justin Donatella. The Canaries offense adapted quickly to the pitching change and forced Donatella to exit after just 0.2 innings.

Jordan Martinson came into the game in a tough situation with the bases loaded. Shamoy Christopher would take Martinson’s fifth pitch over the left field wall for a grand-slam, and the Sioux Falls lead (10-9)

The Monarchs did not go away without a fight. Matt Adams stayed disciplined at the plate in the eighth to work a walk with the bases loaded, tying the game back up (10-10), but the struggle from Kansas City’s bullpen continued just a few moments later. Sioux Falls ran away with the game by producing six runs in the eighth inning. John Nester played hero by belting the second grand slam for the Canaries on the day to ultimately put the game on ice and solidify the unthinkable comeback victory to win the series (16-10).

The Monarchs will travel home to take on the visiting Cleburne Railroaders in a four-game series starting on Monday. NEMAHA COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon for alleged child sex crimes.

According to online jail records, 28-year-old Joseph Keehn of Havensville was booked into the Nemaha County Jail this week on a Nemaha County Warrant for Sexual Exploitation Of A Child.

He has previous convictions for theft, aggravated assault, marijuana possession and for obstruction, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections

Keehn remains in custody on a $50,000 bond, according to online records.

Sheriff: Kansas felon accused of child sex crimes

SHAWNEE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a robbery and have two suspects in custody.

Just after 1:30 a.m. June 22, police were dispatched to the 1200 block of NE Winfield Avenue in Topeka on the report of an attempted aggravated robbery, according to Lt. Edward Stanley.

Shortly after this occurred, officers located the suspect vehicle and detained several individuals believed to be involved in the incident. These individuals were transported to the Law Enforcement center to speak with Detectives.

As a result of the investigation, 20-year-old Quadream Williams and 20-year-old Cody Cooper both of Topeka, were arrested and booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on a requested charge of Aggravated Robbery.

Eunice&nbsp;Agnes&nbsp;Hamel, age 87,&nbsp;former Hays, Kansas, resident&nbsp;died Thursday, June 23, 2022, at her home in Russell, Kansas.

She was born May&nbsp;29, 1935, in Damar, Kansas, to Armond Ernest and Ruby Amanda (Thibault) Newell. &nbsp;She married Robert Wilford Hamel on September 13, 1953, at Damar. &nbsp;He preceded her in death&nbsp;on January 29, 1978.

She worked at K-Mart in Hays for a number of years then worked at Wal-Mart for 28 years. &nbsp;Eunice grew up in Damar, and was a 1953 Graduate of Damar High School then attended the North Central Kansas Technical College&nbsp;in Beloit, Kansas. &nbsp;She moved from Wyoming to Hays in 1984, and attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. &nbsp;She enjoyed crocheting, traveling, computer games, KU sports, the Royals, and was an avid Denver Broncos fan. &nbsp; &nbsp;

Survivors include her children, Cindy Berland, Damar, KS; Dean Hamel and wife, Cheryl, Thornton, CO; Bruce&nbsp;Hamel and Danny Keosythong, Russell, KS; her son-in-law, Danny Phillips and wife, Vera, Salina, KS; her 14 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren; her brothers, Vincent Newell and wife, Cindy, Hays, KS; and Bernard Newell and wife, Cynthia, Concordia, KS; her four sisters, Martha Hero, Broomfield, CO; Irma Laurin, Almena, KS; Theresa Thomas, Beloit, KS; Kathleen Krier and husband, Gary, Gypsum, KS; her sisters-in-law, Delores Newell, Damar, KS; Lyla Newell, Beloit, KS. A vigil service and rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary of Hays, 1919 East 22nd&nbsp;Street, Hays, Kansas 67601 &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;

A new survey shows we like using our First Amendment freedoms – but also raises questions about whether we understand or accept how they work.

 </figure>By GENE POLICINSKI Freedom ForumA new survey shows we like using our First Amendment freedoms – but also raises questions about whether we understand or accept how they work.“The First Amendment: Where America Stands” 2022 survey by the Freedom Forum, conducted in March, is the latest in a series that began in 1997, measuring Americans’ knowledge and attitudes about our core freedoms: religion, speech, press, assembly and petition.By and large, we are marching and protesting more often and in greater numbers than any time since the 1960s – and 79% of us say the right of assembly is necessary. But compared to the 2020 “Where America Stands” findings, this year’s survey showed a slight decline in the number of us who recently exercised that right.The survey also found that 43% want protest organizers held accountable for violence by&nbsp;anyone&nbsp;during a demonstration, even if they did not have a direct connection to that person. If such laws – already adopted in several states – survive constitutional challenge, the prospect of ruinous liability or even criminal charges may well discourage many of us from organizing such assemblies.More than half (53%) of respondents favor licensing of journalists. But that’s antithetical to either the law or spirit of press freedom — whether such “permission to collect and report the news” is controlled by the government or a professional group. Our nation’s founders had lived through an era of approval of printers by the king — and wanted no part of such a system.<figure>

 </figure>On the plus side, 61% say First Amendment freedoms can help bridge the country’s divisions. But 10% outright reject that idea, and 29% are uncertain, leaving the prospects for meaningful discussion and compromise resting on a thin statistical perch.The survey did identify a slight overall tilt nationally on one of the more contentious issues of the moment: school book bans. Among all respondents, 57% said “there is no appropriate reason” to prevent books from being available in public middle and high school classes and libraries.But toss in specific and contentious issues, and sizeable numbers find reason to accept such bans: 34% of Hispanic, 33% of Black and 27% of Asian American/Pacific Islander respondents say it’s OK to restrict access if a “book discusses race in a way that may be offensive to someone.” About 30% overall would limit access to books that contain sexual content, and 16% would limit those that focus on sexual orientation issues.Those views are inconsistent with a 1982 U.S. Supreme Court decision that school officials – while having total control over classroom materials –<a href="https://www.freedomforum.org/2022/05/11/how-a-40-year-old-supreme-court-ruling-may-quash-the-book-banning-wave/" target="_blank">&nbsp;may not ban books from junior or senior high school libraries because of content.</a>And then how do we decide what is sufficiently offensive to justify censorship? In 1971, when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned a man’s conviction over a jacket displaying the F-word, Justice&nbsp;John Marshall Harlan II&nbsp;wrote that “One man’s vulgarity is another’s lyric.”The survey also found that men tended to feel more strongly about the First Amendment overall and are more likely to support challenging or uncomfortable aspects of the First Amendment. Men approved of “free exchanges” on college campuses even when offensive to some, 72% vs. 57% of women. Likewise, more men supported protecting hate speech, 38% to 26%, and were OK with criticizing public officials by name at public meetings, 84% to 69%.And while 56% say religious freedom is being threatened in America today – about 25% say it’s not.
