RENO COUNTY —The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office confirms that they are currently conducting an investigation involving Nickerson USD 309 students and/or staff members at the request of the Reno County Sheriff's Office, according to a statement from the Sedgwick County Sheriff.
This matter remains an active investigation and no arrests have been made at this time. Once the investigation is complete, all findings will be presented to the appropriate charging authority for formal review and consideration of any potential charges.
