
JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas woman for alleged drug violations.
Just before 1a.m. December 29, a sheriff’s deputy stopped a 2005 Chevy Impala near 142nd and U.S. Highway 75 for an alleged traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
The vehicle contained two occupants. The driver, later identified as 32-year-old Chloe Noelle Graham of Pomona, Kansas, allegedly fled the scene on foot.
A Jackson County Sheriff Drone was used to locate her. She was taken into custody and is being held in the the Jackson County Jail on requested charges that include possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of felony interference with law enforcement. Graham also was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Douglas County for drug charges. PBPN Police assisted with the incident.
