Accused Kansas meth dealer jailed on Christmas Eve

OSAGE COUNTy —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple drug allegations.

Just before 6:30p.m. Christmas Eve, a Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle near Green Acres Pizza & Sub, 4951 E. K-268 Highway in the small Osage County community of Vassar, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.

During the encounter, suspected illegal narcotics were in plain view. Deputies took Thomas A. Anderson, 42, of Quenemo into custody and transported him to the Osage County Jail facility on requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and Possession of marijuana.
