SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating another homicide in Topeka.
Just before 1a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the area near Ripley Park at SE 2nd and California Avenue in Topeka, according to Police Lt. John Trimble.
Officers arrived to the area and found one person suffering from a life-threatening knife wound. That individual was transported to a local hospital where they died of their injuries.
