JOHNSON COUNTY —The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred just before 9:30p.m. Tuesday in Johnson County.
The patrol reported a vehicle was attempting to merge onto Northbound Interstate 35 from Northbound Interstate 635. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled down the hill across the Northbound lanes of Interstate 35. The driver was ejected from the vehicle.
The name of the victim and additional details have not been released.
