KHP IDs Kansas man who died wrong-way crash

RENO COUNTY—The Kansas Highway Patrol has identified the man who died in an accident that occurred just before 11:30p.m. Wednesday in Reno County.

The patrol reported a 1994 Chevy S-10 driven by  Kris D Baymiller, 65, Hutchinson,  was eastbound on U.S. 50 approximately seven miles east of Hutchinson. The pickup crossed the center line.  A westbound 2018 Peterbilt semi driven by Parvinder Singh, 34, Fresno, California, struck the pickup in the westbound lanes.

Baymiller was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Elliot Mortuary. Singh was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.

RENO COUNTY —The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash  that occurred just before 11:30p.m. Wednesday in Reno County.

According to the Patrol, a vehicle  was eastbound on U.S. 50 approximately seven miles east of Hutchinson. The vehicle crossed the center line.  A westbound vehicle struck the eastbound vehicle in the westbound lanes.
