OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement re investigating two suspects on multiple allegations
Just after 9a.m. March 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Osage County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics-related search warrant in the 1100 block of Laing Street in Osage City, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.
The search warrant was the result of a year-long investigation conducted by the Osage County Sheriff’s Office. Two subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility
Ricky D. Wright, 68, of Osage City is being held on requested charges that include Conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine x2, Distribution of methamphetamine x3, Use of communication facility; In commission of a felony drug violation x2, Distribute or possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia x2, No drug tax stamp x2 and Unlawful to acquire proceeds from drug transaction x2.
Caleb B. Wright, 35, of Osage City is in custody on requested charges of Conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine x2, Distribution of methamphetamine x2, Distribute or possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia x2, No drug tax stamp x1 and Unlawful to acquire proceeds from drug transaction x2.
