ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
At 5:20p.m. on Friday an officer on patrol observed 21-year-old Jeremiah Mullins on foot in the area of 9th and Unity Street in the city. of Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. The officer took him into custody on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court. Mullins was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Taken to County Jail.
