SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities investigating a shooting that critically injured a Kansas man and teen girl have made an arrest.
Just before 6a.m. on police were dispatched to a shooting in the 1100 block of North Harding in Wichita, according to Officer Juan Rebolledo. Officers located a 23-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victims were transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Following an investigation, police arrested 24-year-old Tmori Wright of Wichita requested charges of attempted murder.
The two victims underwent surgery and were reported in critical condition. The case will be presented to the District Attorney’s Office.
