Sheriff: Kansas woman accused of DUI and transporting THC

OSAGE COUNTY –Law enforcement are investigating two suspects on drug allegations. 

Just before 3a.m. Jan. 5, a Sheriff’s Corporal conducted a traffic stop at 8th and Western Heights in Overbrook for a traffic violation, according to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells.

During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Two subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility.

Mariah D. Hall, 19, of Lawrence is being held on requested charges of Driving while under the influence, Possession of THC, No proof of liability insurance, Driving without a driver's license and Transporting an open container.

Mondezz T. McGruder-Proctor, 19, of Lawrence is being held on requested charges of Possession of a controlled substance, Possession of THC, Criminal use of a firearm and Possession of a firearm while under the influence.
