&nbsp;RENO COUNTY—The survey of damage from the storm that struck Plevna on Sunday indicates the tornado was an F3 in strength, according to the National Weather Service in Wichita, with maximum winds of 155 miles per hour.

According to the survey team, the tornado had a track of 32 and one half miles and a maximum width of one mile. It touched the ground in northern Pratt County, moved into southeast Stafford County and ultimately Reno County. The survey team found EF3 tornado damage in each county.
