
JOHNSON COUNTY —A Kansas woman has admitted her role in the drug sale death of another woman.
On April 22, Beulah B. Quiroz, 39, pleased guilty to drug distribution causing death, according to the Johnson County District Attorney's office.
In January, Quiroz was charged with the distribution of narcotics that caused the death of another and the use of a communication facility during a drug felony, according to the district attorney. The victim, 46-year-old Dori Cunagin, died on Feb. 6, 2024, in Mission, Kansas.
Quiroz is scheduled for sentencing June 16.
