OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple drug allegations.
Just before 6p.m. June 13, an Osage County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at 189th and Stanley Road for a traffic violation, according to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located.
Daniel L. Bigenwalt Jr, 59, of Topeka was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine, Possession of marijuana and Driving while license suspended
