KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a double homicide in Kansas City.
Just before 1a.m. Thursday, police were called to KU Medical Center and told two victims, suffering from gunshot trauma, had succumbed to injuries, according to Sheriff Daryl Forte'.
A private vehicle transported both to the hospital.
Police have a suspect in custody but have not confirmed an arrest. Investigators believe the incident occurred in a wooded area in Kansas City, Missouri.
