SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a woman on multiple allegations.
On May 17, police took a report of stolen property and someone being battered, according to a media release.
On May 19, police located and arrested 35-year-old Ashley Van Petten of Topeka in the 1500 block of SE Morrison Street.
Van Petten is being held on requested charges of aggravated Robbery; Inflicts bodily harm; domestic battery; Knowing or reckless bodily harm to family/person in dating relationship and intimidation of witness or victim; Prevent reporting of victimization.
