RENO COUNTY —Voters in Hutchinson overwhelmingly rejected USD 308's $109 million dollar bond issue for facility upgrades, a middle school redesign and athletic field relocation. If approved, the district’s mill levy would have risen from about 52 to 57 mills, according to the school district.
Voters in Russell, Wellington, Rock Hills and St. John Hudson also rejected school bond issues on Tuesday.
Voters in Oakley, Goodland, Arkansas City and Mulvane all approved their school bond issues.
