• Direct experience in working with sales and service personnel at the dealership level.
• Experience in setting up and working trade shows.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Ability to understand and help solve mechanical problems in the field.
• Participate in finding and developing sales and service personnel in a fast-growing young company.
• Willing to work with senior management in developing sales programs.
• Help in identifying new product opportunities for the company.
