TOPEKA —On Tuesday, Kansans gathered at the Statehouse to celebrate Equality Day. The rotunda was packed for the event.
"Kansas has a long tradition of standing on the right side of history, Governor Laura Kelly wrote on her social media account. "We must ensure our state remains a place that embraces everyone and protects the dignity and rights of all people."
