COWLEY COUNTY — One person died in a weekend accident in Cowley County.
On Saturday night, a 2011, Ford F-150, driven by Porter Gregory, 20, Arkansas City, was southbound in the 22000 block of Grouse Creek Road, according to Cowley County Sheriff Dave Falletti.
The pickup left the roadway and struck a culvert. First responders were called to the accident just after noon Sunday. Gregory was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Dexter First responders and Arkansas City Fire and EMS also assisted sheriff's deputies at the scene.
