FINNEY COUNTY —Law enforcement in southwest Kansas are investigating a Kansas woman on multiple allegations.
On April 22, police in Garden City received a report of blackmail and began an investigation and learned that 21-year-old Meriya Reyes engaged in sexual conduct with several victims for money, then threatened them with legal action in exchange for more money.
On May 21, police arrested Reyes in the 1900 block of E. Kansas Avenue in Garden City. Reyes remains jailed on requested charges of Blackmail and Selling Sexual Relations.
