Small earthquake rattles part of southeastern Saline County

A small earthquake shook part of southeastern Saline County Sunday afternoon.

According to the Kansas Geological Survey, a magnitude 2 quake struck at 4:55 p.m. Sunday south-southwest of Gypsum. It was centered between South Kipp Road and South Whitmore Road and East Lapsley Road and East Hobbs Creek Road.
