FINNEY COUNTY —A jury has found a Manhattan man guilty of child sex crimes.
On Wednesday, the Finney County Attorney reported 76-year-old Dale Bolton was convicted of rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent solicitation of a child. The crimes involving a victim under the age of 7 and occurred in March of 2024, according to the KBI Offender Registry.
Since this was a "Jessica's Law" case, Bolton faces a mandatory life sentence. The Garden City Police Department investigated the crimes. Bolton is being held in the El Dorado Correctional Facility.
