GASCONADE COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 9a.m. Tuesday in Gasconade County Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Western Star dump truck driven by a 70-year-old New Haven, Missouri man, was westbound on MO 28 at 305 East Lincoln Avenue.
The truck traveled off the right side of the road, struck a utility pole, a concrete parking post, a tree and a house.
An 84-year-old man in the house was pronounced dead the scene and was transported to the Crawford County Morgue. EMS transported the truck driver and an 82-year-old woman in the house to Mercy Hospital.
