Later that day, police booked 47-year-old Adonis C. Andrews into the Sedgwick County Jail in connection with Santiago's murder.

Investigators also identified Jorge Romero, Jr., as a suspect. Police located him Tuesday in the 1200 block of W Casado Street and made an arrest. Police booked Obrien in connection with the crime on Tuesday afternoon. Bond for each of the men is $250,000.

It is believed the suspects and the victim are known to each other and this was not a random incident.
