SHAWNEE COUNTY–Law enforcement investigating a deadly shooting in November have made two arrests.
Just after 8:30p.m. November 24, police responded to a reported shooting in the 2000 Block of N Kansas Avenue, according Topeka Police Lt. Donna Eubanks.
First responders located 32-year-old Jessie L. Grahnert of Topeka suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police reported they were investigating the shooting as a homicide.
On Tuesday, as a result of this investigation, police arrested Julian B. Van, 33 and Damian L. Lewis, 30, both of Topeka, in connection with the crime.

Lewis:is being held on requested charges of Murder in the 1st degree; intentional and premeditated, Criminal discharge of a firearm and Criminal possession of a firearm.
