GOVE COUNTY —The preliminary damage survey on the tornado in Grinnell confirms that at least anEF2 tornado moved through the community Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service in Goodland. The survey team hopes to complete the survey by Tuesday evening.
The storm damaged homes and caused significant damage to both the electric and gas systems in the community. There were no injuries reported.
