FINNEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations involving a violent attack on his girlfriend.
On April 3, Sheriff’s deputies were requested to meet with a Finney County woman who had injuries from an altercation with her boyfriend the day prior, according to a media release.
Deputies found the woman to have significant injuries and medical care was requested. Deputies learned that the incident had occurred over multiple days which involved the woman being shot at with a gun, battered, held against her will and raped.
The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Kyle Deger of Garden City. Deputies found Deger, arrested and booked him into the Finney County Jail requested charges, Attempted Murder in the 1st Degree (Domestic Violence), Aggravated Battery (Domestic Violence), Rape, Aggravated Kidnapping (Domestic Violence), Aggravated Endangering a Child and Possession of Methamphetamine
