
ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas teen on multiple allegations after a knife attack.
Just before 9:30p.m. Saturday, police responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 900 block Kansas Avenue in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
An investigation at the scene determined the disturbance had occurred between two 18-year old men known to each other. During the disturbance Zayden Walker used a knife to threaten the 18-year-old victim. The victim was cut on the arm.
The victim refused medical treatment at the scene. Police took Walker into custody and he remains jailed on requested charges of criminal restraint, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and consumption of alcohol by an underage person.
