RENO COUNTY —Kansas Governor Laura Kelly joined General William Turner and other military leaders at the Kansas State Fair on Wednesay for the Veterans and Military Appreciation Breakfast.

General Turner is the Director of the Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs Office.
