RICHARDSON COUNTY, NE —Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug distribution allegations.
A lengthy investigation revealed that 34-year-old Kimberly Hoagland and 37-year-old Rickey Long both of Humboldt and others conspired to distribute several pounds of methamphetamine over the last three years.
It also revealed they were acquiring as much as 112 grams of methamphetamine at a time from co-conspirators in Topeka, according to the Richardson County Sheriff's office.
On July 22, 2022, Richardson County Deputies arrested Hoagland and Long in Humboldt. Their arrest is the result of a lengthy investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine in Humboldt, and the surrounding area, over the last three years.
They were booked into the Richardson County Jail on requested charges of distribution of 140 grams or more of methamphetamine, according to the sheriff's department.
