KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are investigating another homicide in Kansas City, Missouri.
Just before 7a.m. Friday, police responded to the 500 block of NW Englewood on the report of a check the welfare, according to KCPD Sergeant Phil DiMartino.
The individuals had not been heard from, and family was concerned for their well being. As officers arrived they were directed to an apartment within the complex. As officers entered the apartment they located an adult female victim and an adult male victim. Both were suffering from unknown trauma.
Both victims were pronounced deceased on scene. This is being investigated as a homicide. Detectives are working to determine what led up to the incident and if the individuals involved had a relation to one another.
