HARPER COUNTY —One person was injured in a an accident just after 7:30p.m. Monday in Harper County.
According to Sheriff Tracy Chance the small plane struck power lines on approach to the Municipal Airport, 15 NW 20 Avenue, Anthony, Kansas.
EMS transported the pilot, the only one on board, to Patterson Health Center. The sheriff's office is waiting for officials from the FAA to arrive for further investigation. The sheriff did not have details on the extent of the pilot's injuries or the type of small plane involved.
