KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement investigating a deadly weekend shooting in Kansas City have identified the victim as 56-year-old Pamela Ahmed, according to KCPD Captain Jake Becchina.
Just before 7p.m. Saturday, patrol officers were dispatched to the 5600 block of E 29th street on a reported shooting.
Upon arrival officers were directed to the front yard of a residence on 29th street. They located a Ahmed suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel responded and pronounced her deceased on scene.
Police have not reported an arrest or suspect details.
