CONCORDIA -- Due to the adverse weather system currently making its way through the North Central Kansas area and the potential for hazardous travel conditions, Monday night's Cloud County Community College volleyball season opener against Kansas City Kansas Community College has been postponed.

The match between the No. 21 ranked T-Birds and No.  24 ranked Blue Devils was set for 6:30 p.m. from Arley Bryant Gymnasium, and is now scheduled to be played 24 hours later at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

KCKCC is coming off a season-opening weekend split at the Metropolitan Community College triangular as the Blue Devils defeated Metropolitan CC in four sets before falling to Lincoln Land Community College in straight sets. Cloud County has yet to get their season started, with Tuesday's matchup now scheduled to serve as the season and Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference opener for the T-Birds.

If any other schedule changes occur, they will be announced as they happen on www.cloudtbirds.com. Fans wanting to tune in to tomorrow night's volleyball season opener should go to www.cloudtbirds.com/video/tbirdsportsnetwork for a live stream of the contest on Tuesday night.
