Police ask for help to find suspect in Kan. knife attack

DOUGLAS COUNTY—A 56-year-old man is recovering after a disturbance resulted in him being stabbed, according to police in Lawrence.

Just after 3a.m. Monday, police were called to 3250 Michigan Street in Lawrence where the victim told police a 46-year-old man had slashed his arm with a knife. The victim was transported to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries, and he is expected to recover, according to police.

Police asked the public for help locating 46-year-old Rashidi "Rocky" McClelland in connection with the incident.
