Fall begins in just a month, September 22, but summer weather is not going away. According to the long range forecast from the national Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Climate Prediction Center shows&nbsp;warmer-than-average weather into November.

NOAA is also predicting above average rainfall for portions of Kansas over the next 90 days.
