Wanted suspect arrested after standoff at Kansas home

SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a wanted Kansas man on multiple charges after a standoff.

Just after 10:30 a.m. Thursday, police received information that a wanted Suspect was in the 2600 block of SE 11th Street in Topeka, according to Police Lt. Edward Stanley.

Officers responded to the area, and determined that the suspect identified as Feliciano J. Anguiano IV, 21, of Topeka, was inside of a residence.

Crisis negotiators responded to the scene, and Anguiano eventually exited the residence and was taken into custody without incident

As a result of the investigation,  Anguiano was transported to the Shawnee County Department of Corrections for the following charges on requested charges of  Felony Obstruction, a Felony Shawnee county arrest warrant and a Misdemeanor Jackson county arrest warrant, according to Stanley.
