KANSAS CITY — Thousands of fans attended the Kansas City Chiefs Champions parade celebration on Wednesday. Police were busy with crowd control, directing traffic and reuniting children with their families.
Just after 1:30p.m. Wednesday, Kansas City Police used social media to ask, "Are you at the parade and missing a child?"
"We have located multiple children who have gotten separated from their parents/guardians. Please contact the officer closest to you to learn where you can reunite."
A short time later, police asked any parent who needs to report a child missing should now respond to Pershing and Grand to contact an officer.
