JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after a traffic stop arrest.
Just after 8a.m. January 28, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a rolling domestic incident traveling northbound on S. Road near 142nd Road in a Chevy Impala, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
Deputies located the vehicle headed westbound on 150th Road west of Q.4 Road. The passenger of the vehicle, Feliciano Jose Anguiano III, 41, of Mayetta, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail for aggravated domestic battery; choke in rude manner; family member/dating relationship and criminal damage to property.
