KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) — Police in Kansas City, Kansas, are investigating the late-night shooting death of a man near the Missouri border.
The shooting happened after 11 p.m. Sunday near State Line Road, when emergency dispatchers received calls about a person having been shot inside a vehicle, police said. Arriving officers discovered a man who had already died from gunshot wounds.
Police have not released the man’s name, and no other information about the shooting has been given. No arrests or suspect information has been reported in the case, and investigators have asked for the public’s help to get more information on the shooting.
