
JOHNSON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect for alleged drug sales.
On the night February 20, a couple of patrol sergeants conducted a traffic stop near 87th Street and Interstate 35 in Lenexa for what some might call a "routine" violation, according to a social media report from Lenexa. Police.

During this stop, the sergeants quickly noticed illegal drugs in plain view, along with suspicious behavior from the passenger. A thorough investigation led to the discovery of suspected fentanyl, meth, cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, all with evidence of distribution.
The adult male suspect was arrested and has since been charged by the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office with Distribution of Fentanyl, Distribution of Methamphetamine, Distribution of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/
