OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating two suspect on drug allegations.
On March 17, Osage County Sheriff’s Investigators and Deputies conducted a narcotics search warrant in the 1100 block of Laing Street in Osage City, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.
Dennis R. Bent, 74, of Osage City was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Distribution of drug paraphernalia, Criminal use of weapons and No drug tax stamp
Shane M. Weller, 36, of Osage City was taken into custody on March 21st on an arrest warrant for Distribution of methamphetamine and requested charges of Distribution of drug paraphernalia, Criminal use of weapons, Defacing identification marks on a firearm, No drug tax stamp and a Johnson County arrest warrant.
