RUSSELL COUNTY —Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper Tod Hileman shared a video on social media of an accident that occurred April 17 on Interstate 70 in Russell County. "The driver was not injured, thanks to his seatbelt."

April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month.&nbsp; Trooper Tod wrote, "Not saying this driver was distracted, but if you are, it can increase the risk of a crash by 23 times."
