TOPEKA —Governor Laura Kelly&nbsp; discussed  current trends in the number of COVID-19 cases in Kansas counties during her press briefing on Monday.

Dr. Lee Norman, Secretary of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment also joined the presentation and answered questions.
