 </figure>SEDGWICK COUNTY —One person died in an accident just before 8a.m. Monday in Sedgwick County.The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Toyota Tundra driven by&nbsp; Arnold Jackie Thompson III, 33, Cadiz, OH.,&nbsp;was eastbound on U.S. 54 at East 327th Street.The driver was traveling too fast for conditions. The pickup slid off the roadway through the median. It struck and rolled over the guardrail, and landed on the driver's side in the westbound lanes of the highway.Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
