KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are looking for help to find a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run that occurred just before 11p.m. Monday in Kansas City.
An eastbound vehicle struck a pedestrian who was crossing the street on the crosswalk from the North to the South at Truman Road and Bennington in Kansas City, according to KCPD Sergeant Phil DiMartino.
The vehicle then left the scene. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
